DRAIN CAMERA

The drain camera is a very unique piece of equipment, used to locate problems in pipes all off types from sewer to stormwater.

The camera head is attached to a reel, which is fed down the drain video recording as it goes the entire goings on inside the pipe.

A Colour TV monitor shows what's happening as you go and it measures the distance you have travelled along the pipe, giving exact locations as to where breakages, leaks, tree roots, concaving, pressure points etc. may be.

The drain camera is a proactive approach to drain management, where as in the past it would take you lots of time and money to try and locate where the problems in your pipes were, and this was still a rather 'hit and miss' affair.

Now we have the technology to locate them first time resulting in lower maintenance costs and increased profits for you.

Waiting until something goes wrong can be disastrous and certainly not the basis of a good maintenance programme. More often then not things go wrong in busy periods when everything, including your drainage systems, are put to the test.
